At Iraivi Boutique, we take pride in offering high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our policies below explain when returns or refunds are possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return only if:
- You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale/discounted items
- Used or altered products
- Custom-stitched items
3. Return Process
- Contact us at [Add Email / WhatsApp] with order ID and photos of the product
- After approval, the product will be picked up or must be shipped back by you
- Returns without approval will not be accepted
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes quality checks.
Refund type:
- Store credit (default option)
- Bank/UPI refund (only for valid damaged/wrong product cases)
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they are not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Exchange
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit may be provided.
